"Just wanted to voice my complaint about the way the county building works. The clerks say helping you find a form is "legal advice" and won't print off a single thing for you. It is not that way in Anderson or anywhere else I have ever lived. In Muncie, you go in blind, sit in a room by yourself, search the computer and hope you find the right form. What are they even there for? Has it always been this way? They told me I have to come in on a specific day to talk to a lawyer about printing out a form because I couldn't find it in the computer. Ridiculous. Its not like I was asking them to fill it out for me :) When I lived in Anderson and needed the exact same form, they just handed it to me. Muncie is a PITA"

"Avoid Delaware county as a whole, in case anything might go wrong and you’d have to deal with this place. They’re a non-communicative, dismissive mess and care more about getting things over with than any semblance of justice. I’m sure they get a lot of cases but the investigator on mine didn’t remember who I was a single time I called (we corresponded around 10 times over the course of a year) and didn’t know the details of the case. The only way I knew anything was because I actively tried to keep a line of contact, as I never got any guidance as a victim (victims advocates treated me like an annoyance). I never even got my police statement OR my subpoena for court."

"Diana was extremely rude and wanted to lie, acting like she couldn’t pull up the police reports I made against a person. I called to schedule an appointment with a prosecutor, and she acted like she was friends with the person I’m trying to seek protection against. So therefore she wanted to be difficult, and not give me some type of advice or way of how I could get scheduled with the prosecutor’s office. This whole county is a JOKE! It’s all about who you know in this town to get anywhere. No one cares, and then they promote violence to take place because they sure don’t prevent it. Law enforcement, and these agencies working with them. You have all the proof you need for something and they laugh and decline and refuse to do what’s right and what’s by the law."
