"Joe is currently assisting me and wife with our custody case. He's straight up, no BS, knows the judges who will be involved in the cases and what they think. He very direct and cuts out all the fluff. He's been very knowledgeable helping my wife stay the course during the entire process. Thank you for everything!"

"I've been a client of Wahl Family Law for 20 years, they helped me with multiple legal matters and the advice I received was reliable and accurate. Joe was able to predict what the Court would do in various situations. With that in mind, we could strategize about the best approach in each case. His keen knowledge and expertise in Family Law have given me great comfort in these situations which are usually pretty stressful. I highly recommend their services!"

"I’m editing my review after contemplating everything that happened. If your a woman and moving out of state against the father wishes you may not want to use him. Countless times mr. Wahl stated I should just stay in the state and not move. He told me I’m probably gonna lose which I did lose. Keep in mind I’m the mother and have been taking care of my daughter solely for years. I had a judge that absolutely is biased on cases held in de and took facts and twisted them around in her report. If anyone must know that judge is judge Kerr and this happened on multiple times. If anyone has faced her type of parental injustice I’m sorry cuz we as parents are suffering. Now my daughter is in an unstable home with her dad while he jumps around from woman to woman. House hops with her etc. this is type of family court we have in Delaware and all I can do is wait till she gets older to file back in family court. Yes I do have her for breaks and all summer but it’s not enough for a mother that always took care of her daughter and than lose to a parent that never did"
