"Front desk check- in staff are always kind and patient with clients even when really busy! Steph my therapist is always patient but pushes me gently to what might make me well again. My testing with the Audioligy Dr.Foley was an easy and helpful process to diagnose my issue. Overall a positive and helpful place."

"Everyone I encountered here has been supportive, knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate, and efficient. I feel fortunate that I landed here when searching for a health care provider who understood and could diagnose and treat a really disorienting but treatable health condition. I highly recommend them to anyone experiencing symptoms of vestibular loss or dysfunction."

"I went here last summer for my vertigo and dizziness issues, the “professionals” here told me it was my hormones. Fast forward to today and I have cancer. Take trans people seriously and don’t speak on health issues you don’t understand"

"I was visiting Indianapolis from Atlanta and had a BPPV flareup. I knew that I was in need of a well trained PT that specialized in Vestibular disorders. I called the Balance Institute of Indiana, the very kind receptionist (I think her name was Bobbie)told me that they were booked solid but would call if anyone cancelled. Within a couple hours I received a call that Stephanie had an opening. She was incredible! Extremely knowledgable and put me through the maneuvers that I needed to put me on the road to recovery. She also told me to call her for an update the next day. She was quickly available to take my call and gave me some more advice. I use the dizziness and balance clinic at Emory when I am home in Atlanta. The Balance Institute of Indiana was on par with Emory. If you have vestibular issues this is the place for you. Thanks Stephanie for your kind, understanding and professional demeanor!"
