"In my practice of medicine, my exposure to legal issues has been thankfully limited and usually the hospital provides legal experts for all issues. "1. What was the problem or challenge you had that brought you to my firm? We reached out to Mitch to get consultation on legal setup of a crypto business. 2. Why did you reach out to me as opposed to someone else? Cryptos and NFTs are still fairly new and esoteric to most. It was important to me and my team that we got someone who was educating themselves on all of the most recent legal going ons with it and have domain knowledge/experience working with this new technology. 3. What did I do for you? Provide legal guidance and consultation on the best ways to setup a crypto business as well as provide contacts we could reach out to for follow up on tax advice. 4. As a result of our conversation, what was the outcome? We've setup legal entities before we release our NFT project. 5. How did this outcome impact your decision, next steps, or life?
