"Just pick a different law office. With our companies, I have dealt with a number of lawyers for different reasons. Johns Southward was recommended to handle a specific situation with our companies as they were apparently the best of the best at it. They're not. They ruined everything. From basic mistakes such as misspelling of names, to not completing annual reports (This could have been a costly error had my accountants not caught it)! It was one mistake after another. After paying them about $40,000, I then had to pay another $10,000 to another lawyer to fix all their mistakes and do up paperwork that wasn't done at all. After receiving the bill and a list of errors from my new lawyer, I contacted them to discuss these issues and never heard back. They are the most incompetent law office I've ever met. Only seem to care about collecting their fee and not about the job they're hired to do."
