"John assisted us with both our real estate transaction (home sale) as well as our will/estate planning. He was attentive to detail, timely, organized, responsive, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was accommodating on all fronts - during our home sale we were out of town and he was able to meet with us via phone on off hours; we needed our will drafted on short notice and he was able to do so and come by our home to have all paperwork signed in a timely fashion. He is professional, experienced, thorough and personable. I would strongly recommend his services to others, and would be happy to use his services again in the future."

"I could not have received any better representation for my real estate transaction. As a first-time home buyer John educated me, and guided me, through the WHOLE closing process. Every step we did, over weeks, he took the time to explain what I was, doing, signing, and why. On closing day John personally escorted me on my excursion to the legal, real estate, bank, and government offices. John’s attention to detail, professionalism, and proficiency proceeds him as a prior field grade officer in the military. I would give John 6-Star rating if I could."

"Mr. Millane is of highest integrity and we'll have his name on file for future services: we accidentally lost a check while we were running errands in Wegmans and he found it a few hours later. He took the time out of his day to google our names, call us, and return the check to us which we are so thankful for. He easily could have just handed it off to Wegmans, but because he took the time personally to find us, it saved us a lot of time and headache. Thank you!"
