"I was actually charged " for going over the allowed time" however I was there until Dr told me the appointment was over. I have never seen charged before at any other Dr in my life. So if you go there make sure you document and take pictures of your time you are there. Also if you want to go somewhere where you can easily get your child results don't go here. I filled out a request online on May 15th 2025 for a date in dec of 2022 and because the online form line was small I could only write my first name electronically and was I rudely asked " is that how you always write your name" and told her no but what happened so she said that is why it's not acceptable and has email me a request. Keep in mind your request is then sent to be determined if you are allowed to have it because my son was 4 at the time I had him evaluated for autism but because it's considered mental health they can still decline your request and it's for his school for next year."

"Most of the staff seem friendly but the Doctors we’ve dealt with don’t seem to care anymore. If they do they have a terrible way of showing it."

"We took my son there a couple years ago and it was great but now we have Been sending a referral to them for over a month and they still are saying they haven’t received it. So, we decided to fax it ourselves. And it went through and they still are saying they didn’t received it!"

"None of the doctors know how to read a chart or pay attention to relevant information. Didnt have the competency to even check my chart - attempted to give a third round of steroids for the babys lung when you can only do 2 and both were completed last week. Expressing concerns of my iron level to 3 different nurses and 2 doctors and a PA only to be ignored. Blood was took but never ran the tests…. Also left my blood samples in the room that were all clotted/old, definitely a biohazard and now unable to use and would now need to take more blood, which in turn also lowers iron every time it is drawn. Also frustrated to find the PA state that they were going to check with doc and be back for an update- instead an hour later a nurse comes with discharge papers and no doctor explanation. Gave antibiotics that were un-needed and constantly changed course of action. Very disheartening on the team that’s supposed to caring for myself and my baby. Unsure if its in both my baby’s and my self’s best interests to even continue care here."
