He attended the University of Georgia and graduated in 2009 with a Bachelors of Arts in History with a minor in Philosophy. John came to Atlanta to attend law school and graduated in 2013. John has been part of the Coleman Legal Group team since 2012 and has extensive experience in Divorce and Family Law and has worked on case ranging from low assets to highly litigious, high asset cases. John brings his exceptional research and drafting skills to the firm assisting in drafting complex settlement agreements and developing case strategy. In addition to the practice of Family Law, John spends time developing his skills in Business and Estate Planning, applying his skills developed in Family Law and his education to address client needs in both Business and Estate Planning. John is also a registered neutral for mediation in the State of Georgia and can mediate many civil matters. In his spare time, John loves to read and play sports. While attending the University of Georgia, John worked for the Athletic Association, enjoying the great opportunity to take part in collegiate sports. In the summer of 2011, out of his desire for a strong challenge, John bicycled across the United States. A trip that took him from Jamestown, VA to San Francisco, CA in 52 days, overcoming many challenges and meeting many successes along his way.

"I've not actually been to see them yet but so far we just vibe. Everyone is chill and humanly. And straight to the point. I like that. Will definitely update after surgery! But so far I really feel comfortable and appreciated. And the doc Williams is on point. Lol."

"The surgeon Dr Curtis and the entire staff have been nothing short of AMAZING to me! Thank you Priscilla, Tiffany and the entire nursing staff for making my experience the best I’ve ever had in a long time. I saw their Facebook ad and emailed their office with an inquiry of services and was called about 5 to 10 minutes later. Priscilla answered all my questions and worked me into their surgery schedule before the end of the year (2024). Tiffany set my date and got me prepared for my surgery date (12.27.2024). The hospital that Dr Curtis is affiliated is Emory John’s Creek and their medical care is OUTSTANDING. The staff loves to care for patients and really enjoy their jobs. I haven’t had any complaints. I have experienced a few complications due to my health risks and every hospital visit/stay was helpful and committed to my recovery. Dr. Curtis bedside manner is excellent. He takes the time to explain medical terminology, medical procedures, and treatment plans thoroughly. He shared his cellphone number & advised to call or text him with concerns and updates. Even with ALL my complications after surgery, he had been consistent, professional and accommodating since day one. I would recommend EVERY looking for any laparoscopic surgeries to consider him. I couldn’t say anything negative if I wanted to. He is dedicated to meet your medical needs and recovery."
