"I took the plunge to work with John during a period where my business was stagnant and so was I. I had outgrown the business owners group that I had attended monthly for 3 years as I found myself giving more than I was receiving during those sessions. I've been a coach myself and knew the benefits "good" coaching could mean for my growth. There was much "nuts and bolts" work we did to help my practice function better. I took tough decisions to our sessions and we examined them critically against the backdrop of my firm's mission, vision, and values. Ultimately though, the real "breakthrough" for me was one of mindset. We partnered together in a way that allowed me to tap into the vision and the passion that had been missing after several big setbacks for me and my firm.
