About:
I joined the Law Offices of Russo & Prince in January of 2006. Throughout his time at Russo & Prince, I have focused my practice entirely on family law, including family law litigation. I obtained my undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame, and my Juris Doctorate at the University of San Francisco, School of Law. I am happy to say that I practice exclusively in the area of family law. My practice includes dissolution of marriage (divorce), annulment, and legal separation, as well as spousal support (alimony), child custody, visitation, child support, division of assets and debts of all types (including valuation and allocation of assets), marital settlement, post-marital and prenuptial agreements, paternity issues, grandparent rights, step-parent adoption matters, modification of existing orders and post-judgment modifications, move-away requests, standard family law tax matters, and initiation and defense of both domestic violence and civil harassment restraining orders. Working in Solano County, I am also experienced with military divorces. Certain family law issues are complicated when one, or both, spouses or parents are in the military. I am knowledgeable concerning these issues, and offer many years of experience in this area to my many military clients. Contact me, or my colleagues, today to learn more about what we can do to help you, and your family.
