"My son received a traffic violation that could have impacted his record and significantly increased his insurance costs. A retired lawyer neighbor recommended Note and Kidd, so I reached out. I connected with Jake Smith, and he was fantastic. He listened attentively and provided options I could pursue without retaining a lawyer. While I wasn’t seeking free legal advice, Jake generously suggested taking a class to get the violation dropped and explained other potential actions. During our conversation, he promptly emailed me clear instructions for each option. After answering a few questions, we wrapped up. However, since this type of violation is typically not dismissible, I called Jake back. Without going into too much detail, Jake took immediate action, made several calls, and facilitated my son’s enrollment in the class, leading to the dismissal of the violation. This experience showcased exceptional professionalism. I hope I won’t need a lawyer in the future, but if I do, I know exactly who to call."

"Note & Kidd are an excellent law firm. This team gets it done from top to bottom. When I had a recent legal matter in July 2025 - I didn't know where to turn. I did what many people in my situation do and I spoke with various law firms from my online searches, and as you can imagine, it was VERY frustrating. I felt there were so many long conversations with various firms that resulted in dead-ends and no real plan that didn't require me to take a 2nd mortgage on my home or take my first-born.
