"Someone recommended this law office to me, and I was pleased to call and book an appointment. However, my call went unanswered, so I left a voicemail. To my surprise, I received a callback. Unfortunately, my experience with the person I spoke to was disappointing due to a lack of professionalism. When I answered the call, I stated that I needed help. She simply asked me to speak, but as I began explaining my situation, she abruptly interrupted me and shut me down, stating that there was no free consultation. My intention was not to discuss my case over the phone but to schedule an appointment. However, since she invited me to speak, I continued. Her response showed a lack of emotional intelligence and professionalism. It’s unfortunate to receive such treatment from a legal practitioner."

"Did not have a great experience. Did what we requested but was overpriced and insisted on re-doing documents that just needed an update."
