"I came to Modern Family to respond to a simple child support order (reduction request). I went over my situation with Rachel Nusinoff B.A. LL.B. and she assured me that she would be able to file my response to the motion and get an extension if needed as I had made several unsuccessful attempts at filing on my own. After several weeks of waiting on a response, on the last day to file and after 2 failed attempts by Rachel Nusinoff I was told that her law office was NOT retained to review my documents or offer me legal advice. Who pays a lawyer $4000 and gets no legal advice? What type of law office submits documents to the court without reviewing them first? Rachel charged me $500 for a memo that I did not ask for and was pointless but at the same time claims I was not given legal advice. I came to this office needing 6 standard forms filled out correctly and submitted to the court for approval. They were able to get the extension completed but failed to get any of the other documents approved by the court before the extension expired. They received billable hours but at the same point they were not retained their services. That’s sounds crazy to me. Note: Aliya was pleasant to work with."

"After two years of negativity in my life with a separation and an ex-spouse and her counsel that had nothing been short of conflicting consistently, I finally have been able to resolve my family matter with great help from Rachel Nusinoff. Her staff including Orly and Melissa have been fantastic as well. I wouldn’t be where I am today without Rachel’s help. She turned the tide for me since I got the initial notice from my ex-spouse and has consistently argued for me in motions, settlement conferences, case conferences and outperforming the other counsel in all scenarios. Rachel is very well spoken and I would recommend her to anyone who has a family matter issue. Thanks again Rachel for your hard work!"
