"Nieva Law Firm were great. They were very professional and very detailed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They made the situation much less stressful by taking care of everything from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend utilizing Nieva Law Firm."

"I had a free 30-minute consult with Joanna Nieves when I needed a DV restraining order. She was compassionate and knowledgeable so I decided to hire her. Unfortunately like many larger firms I was passed to another attorney on her team. It became clear that their docket was full, and despite this attorney's "best" efforts, very important details were missed or had to be communicated multiple times. When, after the restrained party wrote in an email to me that they would "see me" on the court date despite not having been served, my attorney failed to bring a paper copy of the restraining order or have a process server present to serve him in court, I decided to terminate Nieves' services. My case has had to be continued twice and because of this missed opportunity may have to be continued a third time. This was a major failure on her part that has cost me additional time, money, and stress that could and should have been avoided."

"We were lucky to work with Mr. Levinsohn on our case. Throughout the case, Mr. Levinsohn was empathetic, approachable, and always available for us. From our first strategy meeting to our final responses that led to a favorable outcome, everything was guided by his legal acumen and critical thinking. At every step, he was the calming voice of reason - given that we were anxious having found ourselves in a situation we never expected. Thanks to the Mr. Levinsohn and the staff at the Nieves Law Firm for helping see this through."
