"This rental company sucks! I would run as far as you can away from them. They do not fix anything up when it needs fixed. Rented from them for over six years and they still don’t give a damn about you. Moved out of my townhome and they said they had 30 days to refund my deposit. Been almost two months and they’re holding my deposit which is stupid. When you move out they say they clean things and they don’t. Moved in and it was filthy. I left the place cleaner than when I moved in. Place has been there for over 30 years and nothing has been done to it since then. Definitely pay more money and get a better leasing company to go through. Don’t rent from these people. They’re not worth the time."

"As you can tell from all of these reviews, they don’t answer their phone or emails. We were with them for 3 years, only because they claimed they never got written move out notice. Now they didn’t ever notify us if or why they were keeping the deposit and created untrue things to withhold it. I only found out because I logged into the portal and it says we owe half of what the deposit was. I have photo evidence that we left it better than when we moved in. They gave us a 3 hour time window for our final walk through but we had to give our keys back before then, and they wouldn’t answer to tell us what time to be there so we had no way to even defend ourselves unless I sat in the driveway for 3 hours with my child. This is all lawyer worthy. Not to mention the refusing to fix things during our lease. Our cabinets fell off if we opened them and their response was “we can’t fix that because we would have to replace all of the cabinets”."

I was thankful to find they offered self-guided tours, and the process to schedule an appointment was nearly effortless, and I was able to be flexible with my work schedule.
