Attorney Rosales has been practicing law in Florida since 2017 and started her own firm, the Law Office of Jessenia Rosales in 2018. She later received the Rising Professional Award from the Federal Bar Association Younger Lawyers Division in 2019. Attorney Rosales is also on the Florida Justice Center's Legal All-Star Team. Attorney Rosales is an active member of the Federal Bar Association, American Bar Association, Florida State Bar Association and Clearwater Bar Association. Her volunteer service includes having served as chairperson of the Florida Justice Center, where she helped FLJC become Florida’s first criminal legal aid organization and volunteered at the expungement clinic. Attorney Rosales was also a board member of the Pinellas Latin Bar Association and served as a chairperson of the Clearwater Bar Association's Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Previously, Attorney Rosales graduated from the University of South Florida in 2012 and graduated with honors from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2015. She interned at the Public Defender's office in Hillsborough County after working as a paralegal in private practice in St. Petersburg. Attorney Rosales lives in the Tampa Bay area with her two daughters. They enjoy spending time together with family and friends.

"I can't thank Jessenia and Julio ( P/A) enough for taking my case on and FINALLY getting me and my daughter closure after nearly 4 years and 4 previous attorneys ( 2 of which was clearly unethical and literally just draining me financially - which should be a crime in itself) I found Jessenia after a night of prayer asking God to lead me to an attorney with an ounce of integrity and landed on Jessenia. After ONE consultation call with Jessenia and ONE follow-up call with her paralegal Julio- I finally had a law firm who TRULY wanted what was both best for my daughter as well as legally obtainable within a few months. Jessenia was able to get my case resolved within 6 months after I retained her firm. My only regret is not finding her sooner.
