I have 18+ years of courtroom, trial, and consulting experience in entrepreneurial, small office, and government work environments. My multi-discipline practice in criminal defense and prosecution, family law, and environmental regulatory consulting (non-legal) provides me with a diverse and robust background that aids me in all my cases. Along with experience working at my own firm, I have worked at the Collin County District Attorney’s office, where I was responsible for investigation and prosecution of atypical criminal offenses. "I really appreciate Mr.Tidwell’s honesty and straightforwardness. From the start, he didn’t try to smoke me or sell me on things I didn’t need, like a lot of lawyers tend to do. He was clear, realistic, and genuinely cared about giving me the right information instead of just telling me what I wanted to hear. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer they can trust."

"Had a consultation scheduled yesterday (I received email confirmation) and made sure I was away from work during this time. After 30+ minutes of not being contacted, I called the office and was informed by the lady who answered that she would follow up with the attorney and either she or he would give me a call. Over 24 hours later and I still haven't heard from anyone. People's time is valuable and if you don't want to take on a case that you haven't even heard about, it should be communicated that you aren't accepting new clients at the moment. And please don't respond as if you don't know who I am or have "any records" because yes you do. After reading reviews I see I'm not the only one with this issue"

"I had a great experience with Jerry best attorney you can find! He is a reliever after so much stress going through a whole custody case for my child, I was served and didn’t know what to do I reached out to Jerry and when I talked to him he sounded very confident of what he was saying as he has many years of experience and had searched through other attorneys I honestly knew Jerry was the one and he did I’m very pleased and thankful that I found him. It has been very emotional for me and for my family there is no words for his hard work including his staff that also helped in this as well I appreciate from the bottom of my heart. If I would need another attorney again in the future I would hire him again and also recommend to my family and friends or anyone! Thank you so much."

"Jose and his team were great! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everyone in that office was helpful and understanding with all circumstances big or small that was going on. They even took time out on the little problems to help us in every way they could with modifications to our custody case! Communication was great and I would recommend Jose and the law firm to anyone needed a lawyer! Definitely will be using them again if I ever need a lawyer! Thanks for everything!"
