"ABSOLUTELY Gaslight! "The general rule in Florida is that the police may request identification, typically a driver’s license, from a person and briefly hold onto that identification for a reasonable period of time, perhaps long enough to check the person for outstanding warrants." They may "request" "generally", but without REASONABLE SUSPICION a person DOES NOT NEED TO COMPLY with a request on a CONSENSUAL ENCOUNTER. You are dead wrong & attorneys with erroneous interpretation of the law ruin people's livelihoods."

"Lawyer Jeremy Lasnetski and his firm are very professional. And I will highly recommend his services. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your help and support during my citizenship journey. This was such an important milestone in my life, and having you guide me through it made all the difference. Your patience, reassurance, and clear advice helped ease my worries every step of the way. I always felt that you truly cared, and that meant a lot to me. I’m so proud to finally be a U.S. Citizen, and I’ll always remember the role you played in making that dream come true. Thank you again for everything — I’m deeply grateful."

"First I must say thank you to Mr John and his secretaries, I used Lasnetski Gihon Law firm whilst I was doing my immigration paper work. Mr Gihon "John", is highly professional and very knowledgeable about his profession as an immigration attorney. Myself and my wife, had no doubts at no point in time, Mr Gihon "John" displayed "A" class service to us, the fee is reasonable and we didn't care about the cost. He did all the paperwork and send us to review all documents, he gave us a list of everything that he needs, we gathered all that he requested from us an sent right back to him...communication was 💯 all the way through the process, and last but not least. Susie is very great, she answered all our questions and even double checked with Mr Gihon "John". Mr Gihon "John" offered to accompany us to our interview appointment at an extra cost and it did sure worth every dollar that we spent, 3 questions at our interview and we was told on spot that my green card was was approved, few days later I received my 10 year permanent resident card in the mail. I will and would recommend Gihon Law Firm to anyone out there that is doing immigration paperwork. Quality service and very knowledgeable, professional and customer service is 💯. Highly recommend firm, with 💯 positive results. 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🔝"

"I thank God my name is Christian Campos, this lawyer is a great lawyer. The truth is that he supported me and my wife in every way during the process, even though I was under the influence of alcohol. The truth is that he was able to overturn my charges and I am very grateful. Thank you and may God bless these lawyers, they are great."
