About:

I’m a California-licensed family law attorney dedicated to helping clients navigate some of life’s most personal and challenging moments. At Feinberg & Waller, APC, I provide thoughtful, strategic, and compassionate representation in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, property division, and cases involving domestic violence. I earned my Juris Doctor from the University of California Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where I focused my studies on family law. While there, I served on the editorial board of the Journal of Gender and the Law and held leadership roles as Treasurer and External Vice President of the Family Law Student Association. These roles helped deepen my understanding of both the legal framework and the human realities behind family law disputes. I also supported student education on sexual harassment and assault prevention through a campus advocacy program. During law school, I clerked for the Unified Family Court at the San Francisco Superior Court. In that role, I collaborated with judges and legal teams to research family law issues, draft tentative rulings, and write bench memoranda. I also worked with the Domestic Violence Unit, preparing legal documents and transcripts for high-stakes hearings, which strengthened my litigation preparation and client advocacy skills. In addition to practice experience, I contributed to research examining the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on family dynamics and court access, particularly as it relates to intimate partner violence. I hold a B.A. in Anthropology from San Francisco State University and had the opportunity to study abroad at Koç University in Istanbul. These academic experiences have shaped the culturally informed, client-focused lens I bring to every case. My goal is to provide steady, compassionate legal guidance with integrity and clarity. I’m proud to support families during times of change with care and commitment. View More ›

"I wanted to meet with someone about some very specific mental problems, so I called them earlier this week. It was past closing time, so I left a message. The next day they called back and left a message, so I called back before closing time and they still did not pick up the phone. They never called back, so I waited a few days and tried again. Once again got a machine, so I left a message. They called back later and I actually caught them, so we scheduled a phone meeting for 6:15 the next day. It is almost 7 PM and I never got that call. These people are unprofessional and clearly only care about your money. They leave their machines to do all the work and don't even follow up on their promises. Do NOT use this company, as you will never actually interact with someone and will just be playing phone tag until they eventually give up entirely."
