"I spent a fair amount of time typing background of my case on their website and submitted the form. After about a week or so, I called their office and asked if they could let me know if my form was received. The woman said, "I wouldn't know about that." I asked, "Can I speak with someone who would?" She replied, "I don't know who would know anything about a form on the website." Why would you let people waste their time filling out a form on your website if you aren't monitoring it and no one in your office even knows it's there?"
