Jennifer Goldman graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Arizona. Following the completion of her degree, Ms. Goldman went on to earn her law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. While attending Thomas Jefferson School of Law, it became clear that Ms. Goldman’s talents strongly shown in trial advocacy. She was a member of both the Mock Trial team and distinguished Moot Court where she participated in numerous trial advocacy competitions. Ms. Goldman accepted an internship position at the San Diego County Public Defender’s Office: Multiple Conflicts Office, Major Cases, where she assisted on several high profile murder trials. Upon passing the California Bar Exam, Ms. Goldman worked for a high profile criminal defense attorney in Santa Barbara. Subsequently, Ms. Goldman was also sworn in as a licensed attorney for the District of Columbia. Ms. Goldman is a graduate of the renowned Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer’s College. She is a founding member of the DUI Defense Lawyers Association, a member of the National College of DUI Defense, a member of the Criminal Defense Bar Association of San Diego, a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, a member of the American Bar Association, and a member of the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice. Ms. Goldman has also received her certificate of training in DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Student Course. Ms. Goldman has been very successful in obtaining acquittals, dismissals, reductions of charges, and having DMV suspensions and revocations set aside. Ms. Goldman’s goal for each case is clear: to maximize all legal options to obtain the most optimal outcome. Ms. Goldman strives to offer what a client values most in a lawyer: good judgment, founded on listening to what the client really wants and needs.

"Terrible lawyer who just loves to hear herself talk. Jennifer promised to personally handle the case then gave it away to some associate half way that didn't even know what an objection was, just sat there the whole time after giving an expressed guarantee and acted smug about literally doing nothing then Goldman and her firm wanted an additional 10k in their scam escrow system to keep "working" aka not doing anything but trying to make you feel good with empty words. Only competent person at this firm is the transcriber."

"My experience with Jennifer was nothing short of first class. I had never had trouble with the law in my life, and made the unfortunate mistake of driving under the influence, causing damage to a property and totaling my car, luckily not hurting myself or anyone else. Jennifer and her team are the most responsive people I've ever seen, never making you feel like you're alone. Tying in with the customer appreciation, we also won the civil case, dismissed 3 felony charges and ended with a wet and reckless. There is no better professional in the industry, or team, and I have referred several people with the same experience. Not only did she get the charges dismissed, but we also expunged it after. Highly recommend!!!"

"Jennifer Goldman and her team are an incredible group of people. They worked so hard on our behalf and were so invested in winning our case….and we did in fact win! The Goldman team prepared tirelessly for any and every variable that would have come up in the course of the preposterous case brought against our family. Everyone on the team responds to emails lightning fast; we never felt ignored or in limbo as we waited for an answer. We felt very respected and supported throughout our 4 month legal journey. The court system is not swift but Jennifer and team are very knowledgeable and diligent in navigating it. We watched Jennifer and Grant pivot during trial prep and during testimony.
