"I recently had to evict a tenant for nonpayment of rent. Attorney Germani is professional and extremely skilled at what she does. Under the circumstances, she was able to get us the best outcome possible. The eviction process is difficult, time consuming, and an all around awful experience but she made it easy and reassured us that everything would work out and it did.
