Ms Watkins has been litigating criminal defense cases since 2001. She graduated from the University of Denver College of Law in 1999 and subsequently began her career in criminal defense at the Colorado State Public Defender’s Office where she effectively handled more than two hundred and fifty criminal cases at a time on a regular basis. For most of her career, Jennifer has been in private practice, where she is able to dedicate the necessary time, resources and attention to detail to give each client’s case the scrutiny, insight, analysis and zealous advocacy that is often crucial to understanding the uniqueness of each situation and case and litigating with a triumphant outcome. Jennifer has successfully handled a myriad of cases, with particular focus on misdemeanors and felonies involving allegations of assault, domestic abuse, weapons, theft, drug charges and DUI and DUID. "I would like to share that when I received my DUI, ofcourse its a devastating situation and I thought how am I going to get through this. Some may be in this place at the moment and looking for the best / most experienced lawyer to help you handle this. I did call a couple of different places and then I found Jennnifer. Jennifer is I would say the best lawyer to handle a DUI as she is communitive, well educated in the law and most of all truly cares about the outcome. Since my sentencing which went much better than my nightmare, she has stayed in touch and wanted to make certain I was getting the continuous help and support that I need to fight this disease of alcoholism. I would trust no one but Jennifer to handle a case of DUI (my BAC was very high) and as stated the outcome was much better than I deserved and all of that goes to Thanks to Jennifer. No one wants to be in a situation that needs this kind of research - it’s stressful, you’re dealing with a timeline, and the outcome of your case will depend on who represents you. Her rates reflect her experience, her results reflect her effort. You’ll trust her honesty. She doesn’t hold back, nor does she waste any time. She knows the court system and the people in it. She understands the DAs, and she understands their process. That’s beyond invaluable, it can turn your case around. For me - Jennifer went beyond any reasonable expectation to do her job.
