"We had a deeply disappointing experience with attorney Fred Andrews. His lack of professionalism, transparency, and ethical conduct left us feeling taken advantage of during an already stressful legal process. Fred failed to show up on time to court. When we emailed him to express concern, we received a surprisingly emotional and unprofessional reply. He wrote: “So, I am a little bit incensed here in reading this email.” Rather than acknowledging our concerns respectfully, his tone was defensive and dismissive — not what you expect from a legal professional you’re paying to represent you. Things escalated further when he wrongly assumed we had posted a negative online review. Based on that mistaken belief, he suddenly reduced our outstanding balance from $1,800 to $500, writing: “Change the review to something that reflects the level and value of the work put into your case and the zealous representation you received. Then, I will accept $500.00 in full payment of the outstanding balance.” When we clarified that we were not the ones who posted the review, his response was: “If that was not you that made the review, fair enough, I retract my proposal. Pay the balance.” This felt like an attempt to use the bill as leverage to control online feedback — retaliatory, inappropriate, and completely unprofessional. We’ve since learned this wasn’t the first time his office responded this way to client criticism. To make matters worse, although our court case ended on March 19th, we continued receiving charges for weeks — including a bill dated July 4, 2025. What legal work was being done on a national holiday, long after the case had closed? Transparency in billing and professionalism in communication are the bare minimum clients should expect when hiring legal representation. Unfortunately, we did not receive either. We absolutely would not recommend this attorney."

"Jenny and her staff were phenomenal. I found Jenny in the most stressful time in my life, and she helped protect me and my children from the monster who tried to take everything I had worked so hard for my whole adult life. California law is flat-out unfair and Jenny did everything in her power to minimize the damages. She and her staff were caring, responsive, and she is a force to be reckoned with in the court room. I’m proud to have had her sit beside me and have her fight so hard on my behalf. She is hands down the best family lawyer in the Sacramento area."

"I’m incredibly grateful for the support I received from Andrew’s Law Firm, and especially from Jenny, who guided my ex and me through a difficult mediation process. From start to finish, Jenny was expeditious, expert, and consistently kind and thoughtful. She created a balanced, respectful environment that allowed us to work through complex issues with clarity and fairness. Her calm demeanor, deep knowledge of the law, and commitment to helping both parties reach a resolution made a challenging situation much more manageable. I highly recommend Andrew’s Law Firm to anyone seeking professional, compassionate legal guidance—especially in matters requiring thoughtful mediation."

"Jenny Jenny! She was amazing. Spoke the truth with kindness and understanding. Gave excellent and professional advice. Laid out a plan and which steps to take moving forward for the best possible outcome. Most importantly I didn't feel any judgment or shame for my particular situation. You want some who is competent and knows family law, she's the attorney for you."
