"I retained Cassandra P. Monahan after my older brother, abused the legal system to continue his abuse and misogyny with the support of the Colorado Judicial System. The Courts in Colorado (I reside in the state of NY) supported the filing, intended to disenfranchise the less resourced party, which dragged me into courts in a different state. The judge blatantly threw his own bias through violation of my second amendment rights having my guns removed in the state of NEW YORK by enlisting his cronies at Syracuse Police Department to enact his own mysogyny and abuse of power. Cassandra, was open to hearing my concerns about the courts being play ground of bullying and traumatic reenactments for grown men to delude themselves into believing if they can't physically abuse someone they will punch down on her through the legal system with their friends in tow. Cassandra stood up to BOTH bullies in the room standing firm and in power in front of both my abusive brother as well as the judge. Cassandra not only allowed me to take substantial steps forward in my own healing from sexual, physical and emotional abuse, but also gave me grounding that there are people in the legal system who DO care about their client's lived experiences. Cassandra communicated clearly and with clear honesty each step. I imagine being an intelligent woman having to work with deeply narcissistic and some of the most vile ego centric men she has developed thick skin and keep perspective to see through their reactive inadequacies. Frankly I don't know how she maintains her poise and presence with how I've heard her spoken to by men in these systems, but she does and did it incredibly well. I would highly recommend Cassandra and Wolf Law, LLC for any concerns!"
