"This is a review I should have written six years ago. However, my gratitude for Mr. Hammerschmidt has only increased over the years. When I was 23, I made the worst mistake of my life, which was both publicized and humiliating. When I first walked into Jeff’s office, I was in one of the most emotional states I have ever been in.
