"I had long outstanding legal issues from my younger days in Winnipeg. I had open warrants and a few pending charges. These hampered my life greatly. I was trying to work internationally, wanted to vacation in the USA and most importantly gain residency in Mexico. When I I initially spoke to Jeffery I knew very quickly I was speaking with a very competent lawyer.
