"i was suprised that my wife wanted a divorce but i was terrified that my rights and time with my kids was going to be stripped away and priority was going to be given to the mother. I was more upset at the thought of loosing them than anything in the world. From my first consultation, Jean and her whole team told me clearly what I should do and if i hired them what they would do to protect my time with my kids. Divorce is hard, but they have helped me every step of the way and we were able to reach a fair settlement in a very timely manner. I highly recommend the firm. when i was unsure of the next steps, they clearly explained what to expect."

"Fist of let me start by saying if you are a Veteran I highly advise you to stay away from this law firm. BEWARE!!! I am retired combat veteran and this firm (specifically Attorney Moses) is UNSAT and lack integrity and professionalism. Attorney Moses will lie to your face and take your money without any remorse or compassion. Initially when I paid my retainer it took them over 5 weeks to get back to me and I did non talk to any attorney until i complained and that is when I met Attorney Moses for the first time, she was very apologetic and seemed sincere. Telling me she would listen and learn from the incident and correct it. That was not the case at all. Same communication problems persisted and they actually got worse. I still had not talked to any attorneys handling my case directly and I was not even advised on who would represent me or what to do for mediation. I didn’t meet of that to my attorney until 15 minutes before mediation started. I had to go to mediation blindly where once again I met with the attorney handling my case which was very rude, disrespectful and even cursed at me. She was pushy and got frustrated because I didn’t make a choice that I felt comfortable with on the spot. Her name was Erin Duncan and she left the firm to go to a different one. I was stuck in the middle of most of the attorneys quitting or staff getting fired. So my case was neglected and it got ever harder to communicate with anyone. Except for the bill, that was always on time and got bigger and bigger every time. I complained about their practices and poor communication only to get Attorney Moses to set a meeting with me and tell me how she is messing up, she is destroying her practice and if I give her a chance she will make it right by me and even give me a 10% discount. She did not do better of make it right and the discount did not justify how everything was handled and all the time and money I had already wasted with them. Besides the bill only got bigger at that point. For over six months my divorce was at a halt because she was trying to collect for mistakes done at their end and the judge ruled that my soon to be exwife would pay for some attorney fees so now the bill almost double on her part because of it. They were not thorough and messed up on the child support amount, they did not keep their word on anything they would do initially. They talked a big game but once the time came to follow through, all I got were excuses or lies. What a waste of energy, time and money they are. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this firm. Attorney Jean Moses seriously lacks integrity, professionalism and respect for her clients in my experience. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this practice. You’ll save yourself a lot of time, money and aggravation. I could keep writing so much more but it’s just too much. I lost over a year on my case with them. Don’t do the same."

"Worst Law Firm I’ve ever dealt with. Jean Moses had no control over her employees, and didn’t have a glue what was going on. When she found out what was happening in her organization is when she attempted to up her game, but it was too late to truly assist her clients. Nevertheless, I finally got my divorce but not without spending a lot of unnecessary money. I would not recommend her firm to anyone!!!!"
