Attorney Jeffrey E. Elliott (Cruz) principal legal eduction and training commenced at West Valley College in Saratoga, California, where he received an AA degree. Where After, Mr. Elliott-Cruz graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah awarded a BS an also, an extra major skill in writing. Next stop, was Santa Clara university law school, wherein, he obtained a JD degree. His post graduate education in the law also consists of a certificate of Achievement in the Federal Trials Practice Program from the Northern District of California. Two distinct and separate certificate of completion from the College of Hastings Trial Advocacy Program. Attorney Jeffrey E Elliott experience and practical training consisted of a clerkship with the United States Attorney's Office, Sacramento, the Santa Cruz District Attorney's office. Whereupon, attorney Jeffrey E Elliott ( Cruz) practiced as a prominent trial attorney in the Kern County Public Defender's Office, in Kern County , California. Later, as an attorney representing brokers before the SEC , NASD accused of various securities crimes. He also worked as a broker/ financial advisor for two Wall Street Securities firms. Attorney Jeffrey E Elliott served on the faculty of Mission College as an associate professor. He is currently in solo private practice mainly focused on criminal defense in the Silicon Valley , California area. He is the father of six adult children and step father of four children. He has numerous beautiful grand children. Mr. Elliott-Cruz has authored a number of well received books of poetry among which one is the acclaimed " Sonnets of faith". He has served his community via a Latter Day Saint mission, a member of the West Valley College/ Mission College faculty senate and various other outreach service projects.
