"Accent has been taking care of my father in law. Three times now they have inserted catheters incorrectly, once resulting in severe bleeding, once a hospital stay and once an ER visit. After hours “on call” help was non existent. In home therapy and nurse Jesse were great, but we are changing services because of the lack of skilled nursing and lack of responsiveness. This evening was the final straw when they inserted the catheter incorrectly during the day and would not send someone to fix their mistake causing us to spend 6 hours in the ER. Very unprofessional and completely incompetent."

"We have had home health with AccentCare Denton over the last 3 months as support caring for my seriously ill mother in my home. All 3 nurses are highly professional, knowledgable and caring. They notify of visit times at least the evening before and arrive and also respond to questions timely. My mother's health has improved during this time as evidenced by results from yesterday's extensive 6-week post-hospital testing/conference with her doctors. Shelly, Melissa and Jacqueline have played an integral part in her progress. I literally could not have safely kept her at home without their excellent support in this medically complicated situation. I highly recommend and would use them again without question."

"Horrific branch unprofessional and non caring employees. Do not trust this branch with your loved ones health. This branch does not do one thing they say they will the level of communication is terrible and non existent. The employees call in after they tell you they will care for your loved one the next day. They do not show up and do not call. Thus branch is a disgrace to the profession! So unfortunate and truly sad."
