"I would have given less than a star if it was possible. We haven't got into the real business yet but a lot of missed opportunities for a very good customer service. A solo practice is extensive but your reputation is at stake. The first consultation isn't free. I paid 500$ and made a follow-up of the chosen spot; that I was told; was available. And yet, no confirmation within 3 business days. Have to move an appointment, drive 3 hours each way from London to Toronto only to be told again onsite that I have to reschedule via a laconic email. No phone call. This is a red flag for me and I don't wanna count on a lawyer without a fluid process for incoming business. I'm not impress by an address DT Toronto or his experience that look great on paper if the basics are not there..."

"I retained Mr. Steinburg for a civil litigation against the attorney General of Canada for a privacy breach within a federal department. Christopher was always available, prompt in his responses, fair in his fees, calm in his demeanour, knowledgeable in his field and properly competent. Working with Chris was a pleasure because he was reassuring for me as even being a plaintiff in a lawsuit can be very stressful and believe in my words I was stressed. But Chris never wavered, he was patient with me and understanding of what I was going through and cut me more slack than at one or two times I deserved. I would strongly recommend Mr. Christopher Steinburg to anyone seeking a civil lawyer. Thank you Christopher."
