"On October 10, 2024, I retained Daytona Defense Attorney to cover a case that had not yet been filed. I paid the $4000 retainer fee upfront. Itturns out the charges never did get filed and so I let them know that they didn’t need to do anything, and if I can get refund, that would be Fantastic. They then agreed over the phone to give me back $2500 of my $4000 even though they didn’t do one thing. This was December 24, 2024. I’ve yet to see a dime in now. The guy in charge his name is Jeff over there is telling methat he never said $2500 and he’s only gonna give me back $2000 even though they didn’t file one paper or do anything for my case the case didn’t exist it was never filed"
