"Jeannie treated me for 15 years. She doesn't keep notes on a computer. Trying to get information from her about my treatment and medications used is difficult. No fax machine. Handwritten records! Frustrating! Well after messing around for a week she finally admitted she destroyed my records last year! Without contacting me or allowing me to have or at least copy them! 15 years of treatment records GONE!"
