"I had a custody dispute and I trusted she handle business because she’s a women and she wouldnt want a child to be fatherless, unsure if that was the case. She is very unresponsive, she doesn’t answer questions. She said I send her a lot of messages. All of these are things I’m completely opposite of. I’m punctual, responsive and answer/welcome questions so I’d expect an attorney with decades of experience to. She was late to an electronic court hearing and to add insult to injury, she didn’t have any paperwork ready which really confused me. She let the court rush off of like we were at a fast food restaurant even though it was supposed to take an hour. My child was supposed to be at that custody hearing he was not and she let that slide, I’m not sure if she even read anything I sent her. Oftentimes I felt like all she did was file paperwork and that’s all. She was several thousands and I’m not sure if I got what I paid for. I had all of my eggs in a basket, I had document after document after phone call and it seemed like she ignored all of that when she is supposed to represent me. After the court case everything she said she will be an extra cost, I felt dupped because the next sentence she was making it sound like she was about to do all this extra stuff like she couldn’t do it the initial time. You are better off reading about child custody laws yourself because she leaves out so much information that’s important and won’t tell you anything, leaving you to do most the research yourself."

"Jeanne H. Bereznicki (formerly Costopoulos) was my Family Lawyer in Harrisburg. PA and she did both my Child custody and Divorce here in PA. She did a tremendously incredible job in dealing with a man-hater Judge I had to deal here in PA. The odds were against me with that attitude of the Judge and the child psychologist who were against me but I got what I wanted, she fought tooth and nail in the custody battle in court to get my daughter back to me and brought the truth out in front of the Judge to convince that my EX was lying right through. I would highly recommend her service and sincerity to anyone looking for a lawyer, a true FIVE STAR rating"

"A friend contracted Ms. Costopoulos as her divorce attorney. After accepting the retainer, she disappeared and was unreachable for several weeks. We then learned that she didn’t even live in the state and had not filed any documents on my friend’s behalf. She was more than happy to charge for her time, but never actually filed any paperwork or requested any documents. Forced to find another attorney to avoid losing everything on the divorce, Ms. Costopoulos then said the retainer is non-refundable, even though she had just taken the money and gone on vacation. Find another attorney - don’t make a tough situation even worse by hiring this one."
