"I had a ln absolutely terrific experience with JC Law! I was wrongly charged with Disorderly Conduct and the amazing staff here helped me through the appeal process every step of the way. They were always available for questions and always responded quickly and professionally. Naja was so great to work with, and my attorney, Attorney Madden, did an amazing job on my behalf at the summary hearing. Due to their diligence and steadfastness, I was found guilty and all charges were dropped. Now that's justice! I highly recommend this law firm and cannot say enough about the great staff here."

"Very unprofessional and possibly dishonest office. I recommend you hire someone else unless you want your lawyer possibly working against you! (See par 3 &4) I initially hired a lawyer from jc law who i spoke to and felt confident in. Within a couple months he was gone from the firm and I was assigned to a different lawyer, a Danielle Coleman, which was awful. Oh how I wish I would have demanded my $2,000$ retainer back, although it’s unlikely it would’ve been returned. I had to draft my own settlement contract with the nursing home that the dispute was with. The contract I drafted stated the nursing home must withdraw any and all complaints/charges against me. I stressed to Ms Coleman that any contract I sign must contain that statement because it doesn’t solve my problem if I pay many thousands on a credit card only to discover more complaints/charges coming at me. Attorney Coleman kept sending contracts to me that did Not contain that statement! Attorney Coleman would tell me to just “sign it and pay or I’d get charges”. I asked Coleman if the modified contract sent from nursing home would offer the same amount of legal protection for me- she never answered this nor several other questions I asked. Coleman’s legal assistant said the nursing home “kept telling them (my lawyer) to pressure me to pay,” which Coleman certainly was doing! After that, this legal assistant was no longer assisting Coleman. Coleman said she would no longer send my drafted contract to nursing home. I reached out to the legal supervisor which was little to no help. Finally I called the nursing home business office head myself. This business office head said they had consistently sent their modified contracts to her for approval!! I informed her that My attorney Coleman had been instructed NOT to accept any contract without my original statements. I sent the business office the original settlement contract statement to sign, along with both my phone numbers. I Never heard back from nursing home. So why couldn’t attorney Coleman have done that? Why was Colman following the nursing home directives rather than mine, her client? Was there a back-door deal made with the nursing home if they collected $ ? Coleman emailed me that she was terminating my representation because I contacted nursing home. What a waste of $2,000 to JC law."
