About:
I have had a very non-traditional career for an attorney, but one which has been dedicated to advocating for and helping people at every step in my career. I have a very analytical mind and am a consummate problem solver, as I spent over 23 years in the Information Technology field working my way up to be an IT Director prior to my career in law. Additionally, I have worked in sales, managed businesses, and was even a Combat Engineer in the U.S. Army. I believe in working hard and doing what is right all of the time. My analytical and logical approach towards each case I take on, along with my passion for helping people and my very calming and personable manner have served clients very well throughout my career. I am a Colorado native, who graduated from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law Evening Program in 2011, while working full-time as an IT Director. The Part-Time Evening Program at the University of Denver is consistently ranked among the best in the nation. I was very active at the University of Denver as a member of the Law School’s Student Bar Association as a Senator and Vice President, a member of the Christian Legal Society, and as an officer in the Federalist Society. I also interned for the National Conference for State Legislators, the Independence Institute, and Holsinger Law, LLC during law school. After graduation, I began working as a Trust and Estate Attorney. After a brief hiatus working with the State of Colorado as a Contracts Manager, I turned to litigation, gaining additional trial and litigation skills, as both a Probate Litigator and as a Deputy District Attorney with the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, which is where I found a passion for working with people and tackling the constitutional issues associated with trial work in the criminal law field. I chose to leave the District Attorney’s Office to help people more directly as a criminal defense attorney for O'Malley and Sawyer, LLC.

"I had an unfortunate situation that required legal assistance of a tenured, skilled, knowledgeable and competent attorney. Working through the maze of researching and vetting process I was extremely fortunate to connect with The Law Offices of Jason Gardner, LLC. From my very first meeting with Jason, I knew I had found “the right attorney” and was confident he was the very best attorney to represent me. I found Jason to be very professional at all times while also demonstrating a personal, sincere and empathetic side to my situation. Jason's communications skills are stellar and extremely punctual. I also found Jason to have deep knowledge and understanding of the law and the exact strategies, tactics and key contacts required to navigate through the entire process from start to finish in order to produce a successful outcome to my case. As it turned, I did make the right choice in having Jason represent me as he was able to get my case dismissed. I highly recommend Jason Gardner and will definitely use his legal expertise and services should the need arise. Tim Brown"

"I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Jason's exceptional support. When I faced a false charge, I was fortunate to have substantial evidence to affirm my innocence. I firmly believe that without Jason’s assistance, my case may not have been resolved favorably before it reached an arraignment. Jason's professionalism and empathy made a challenging situation, which could have significantly impacted my financial stability, much more manageable for my family and me. My wife experienced considerable anxiety during this time, but after our initial meeting with Jason, we felt a renewed sense of hope and relief. I am truly grateful for all that Jason has done for my family. I wholeheartedly endorse Jason's services and would choose him without hesitation."
