About:

I am the owner and operator of Apollo Law, PLLC, a law office situated in the heart of downtown Frankfort, Kentucky. My practice focuses on criminal defense and personal injury law. I am deeply committed to ensuring fair representation for all Kentuckians and am dedicated to defending their legal rights. I was born on December 12, 1981, in Dayton, Ohio, alongside my twin brother. In 1995, my family relocated to Olympia, Kentucky, where I attended Bath County High School. My mother, a paralegal at a local law firm in Morehead, Kentucky, raised me, my twin, and my younger sister. It was during these years that I began to cultivate a passion for defending the legal rights of my community members, a passion largely inspired by my mother and the support of others around me. After high school, I pursued higher education at Berea College, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2004. College was also where I met Elizabeth, a fellow student studying biology. After proposing to Elizabeth and graduating, we moved out of Kentucky to be closer to our graduate school opportunities. I attended the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2008. Upon completing my law degree, Elizabeth and I returned to Kentucky to be near our family and friends. I then served as an attorney at the Department for Public Advocacy for over eight years, working in various roles including the Cynthiana Trial Office, the Appellate Division, and the Capital Trials Branch East. During my time as a public defender, I represented low-income clients in courts and before juries throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

"I did something truly reprehensible as a child up here, back in early 2014 during a family visit. I suffered the consequences legally as a kid, but Mr. Hart was able to represent my case and give me a significantly lighter sentence - thus, he gave me a shot in Life as I entered adulthood, so I wouldn't have to spend a good chunk of my adult life behind bars, and so I could pursue an honorable career in the military. EDIT: Grammatical error fix."
