Attorney Davis was honest with us and did not sugar coat anything. He was absolutely correct that my child needs to find new friends. Attorney Davis listened to me and understood this was a severe stressor for me. He never left me waiting. He responded to my emails promptly. We are very satisfied and highly recommend him. "First of all, I don’t know “Mr Jansen’s” first name because he introduces himself to other adults as Mr. Jansen. Weird. Secondly, he told my sister and I we were the reason our father committed suicide in jail because we inquired about the retainer. He met my dad on Wednesday and he died in the wee hours of Friday morning. So, “Mr. Jansen” does not care about ethical standing when entering an agreement when representing someone that is not competent. The Florida Bar may have another view point outside of “Mr Jansen.” My message here is be aware of entering an agreement with “Mr Jansen” because he doesn’t even want to discuss returning a retainer within scope of his OWN agreement."
