"Updated: I left one star after a stressful, exhausting weekend of being unable to contact him. However, Atty. Lanzo did call me back and we've hired him to represent our daughter (for a second time). We've been happy with the communication since being able to retain him. He has a really good reputation as an attorney and he did a great job for my daughter in 2018/2019. So far we are happy with his service. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Original Post: After reading the reviews I should have skipped recommending my daughter to call Mr. Lanzo again to represent her. My daughter Ashley called and left a message on 4/11/2025. Being that it was the weekend we knew there was a possibility that we might not hear back until Monday. It's now 4/15/25 and I had left a message about our call not being returned (on some secretary's voicemail) and we still have not heard back from the office. I do not recommend this lawfirm. He represented my daughter in a divorce and custody case back in 2018 and did a very good job but in 2025 something has apparently changed."
