"Not 24 hours… even during business hours I have not been able to get past the front desk. I was even scheduled a consultation outside normal office ours. The hours do not reflect the time spent wasted within normal business operation hours. The staff is rude and disrespectful. Not compliant to the conditions of the nature of business designated by the different scopes of practice. Impediment of my time, effort, responsibility, commitment, dedication, respect, judgment, integrity and money was exploited during a case that was discussed in detail with more than one “Crawford” who were involved in entering a case presented before the matters escalated. The case I presented was allowed to be escalated to further persecution and misjudgment of the severity in that matter. Very unprofessional, uninvolved and undermining. No one in this firm took a care to the necessity to Capitalize on the events presented they just kept billing me after making a substantial enough payment for them to consider entrance in a case. I was told the billing department is/was case sensitive and no one in the billing department adhered to my request as a client or the concern for what I had/have been billed for. The “lawyers” or legal representatives I was introduced to refused to take charge or represent the firm or me as a client through the negligence of this firms involvement in Judicial affairs surrounding the seriousness of a specific matter of fact presented in attempt to exploit me as a client to include suggestions in mediating rather than litigation. I never received a formal retainer… i came into the office where cash was taken from me which ensued further billing and payment discrepancies by this law firm. Through the negligence and obscurity allowed throughout this firm by its staff and its dependents forced further accumulation of billing for services I never received and even service I never asked for. I am not at all satisfied with the methods of operation, billing, and definitely not fond of the constitution of contingency within the firm to appropriate procedures, regulations or stature/positions designated to ensure compliance to proper function. The circumstances provided by the firm have given have breach honor in confidentiality, trust, communication, integrity and respect of my home and my community as native of the surrounding area. This firm has allowed personal injuries on myself to include my family and immediate community members as well as government personnel, the justice system, and law enforcement in several areas. This misconduct has led to further victimization from misuse of court documents, obstruction of justice, witness tampering, harassment, threat, further assault/attack and persecution from related events up until at least 2025… I don’t know what this Law firm means by trust but they put me and my family in extreme danger of death and jail behind their negligence and obscurity! They asked me to come to their office to cause problems for for me. This is very immature behavior for professional adults. They played with me over the phone, sent me several unwarranted emails soliciting payment. When I showed up for the meeting they scheduled they continued to play with me saying I owed them money for services never rendered and service I never asked for. I asked to speak with who was in charge of the operations that were being conducted in my case and they keep trying sit me down with the people charging me for services that were not permitted by my request. Whoever Jim Crawford is he acts as if he doesn’t understand his staff is corrupted, furthermore refused to read into my emails about the complaints I have against his business. The gentleman who reserves the face of this company or law firm wasn’t of any help either. He shuffled me through his staff and right back to the people I had been dealing with before there was an “issue”."
