"This has got to be one of the most disgusting nursing homes ever. My mom lived in this dump for 3 years. She had a colostomy and the nurses wouldn't give her ciean colostomy bags they made her wash and reuse her colostomy bags the woman could hardly walk much lss wash her own colostomy bags. Her legs were swollen due to edema and should have been elevated while in bed and the wheelchair and yet they put her in wheelchair with no footrests and would push her around with her feet dragging and get caught in the wheels. She had a open sore on her knee that got infected because of neglect. She smelled from lack of being showered . What kind of caregivers let this happen. That's place should be shut down . Do not put your loved one in this poor excuse of a rehab center. You people call yourself care givers you should be ashamed of yourselves .In reply to beaver creek health I won't be reaching out to you in any way shape or form .Now that my mom passed away I see no reason to deal with your facility. You should have rectified the problem, when we filed the complaint . We turned a complaint over to the state concerning what a horrible facility you are . Your staff is beyond disgusting. Now you want to actually talk to me about it . No thank you. Like I stated previously I wouldn't recommend anyone putting a loved one in your facility. The care you provided was anything but excellent it was basically disgraceful and why the state hasn't shut you down is beyond me. And I wonder if anyone has noticed that everyone of this facilities response is exactly the same? It's basically a generic response they concocted to act like they actually care ."

"Nothing more than a death factory. If your loved one passes, don't expect them to call you. They will call the funeral home and have them moved before they try to make contact. Complete neglect during loved one stay. Would not feed loved one properly. 2 pieces of toast and tea is all they got for dinner. This place needs closed and the director arrested."
