I have practiced criminal law for approximately 36 cases. I have handled all sorts of felonies and misdemeanors. including charges of murder, mayhem , assault with a deadly weapon, robbery (armed and bank, DUI, criminal and terrorist threats,domestic violence, RICO (racketeering/criminal enterprise cases), gang related cases, drug smuggling importation, distribution and possession, smuggling drugs on the high seas, exotic bird smuggling, white collar crimes, fraud, car theft, grand theft, petty theft, vandalism, disturbing the peace and violations of the U.S. military code. I know that as a client, all charges you are facing are serious to you. Thus, I treat all clients the same no matter what they are charged with, devoting my full attention to their cases in order to obtain the best result. I regularly and diligently keep in touch with my clients to keep them apprised of the status of their case. People charged with a crime are frightened because they are concerned with how a conviction will affect them, their families, their jobs, their ability to get jobs and the prospect of custody. I do not hesitate to go o trial. I use my experience to obtain alternate resolutions so my clients can avoid or minimize the time they are facing by exploring alternatives to custody like house arrest, community confinement, weekends, electronic monitoring, community service and drug and alcohol treatment (residential, outpatient, long and short term). I know many of the judges and prosecutors and maintain good working relationships with them. I have the experience necessary to aggressively advocate for and defend you.

"Dr Kim and Dr. Jaz are masters of accupucture. Kim excells with Chinese herbs and supplements. Jaz also is a practitioner of Chinese abdominal massage. Amazing treatments from both Doctors!"
