Winston Duggan graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a B.S. in Political Science, with an emphasis in Law, and a Minor in Philosophy. He received his J.D. from Santa Clara Law in 2014. Winston was awarded a CALI Award for Excellence in Juvenile Court Law Seminar, was a member of the Criminal Law Society and worked as an associate on the Journal of International Law.
