Izaak Schwaiger is an advocate and champion for the rights of regular people. A decorated veteran of the United States Marine Corps, a former Sonoma County prosecutor, and a respected presence in the courtroom, Mr. Schwaiger has devoted his practice to defending the criminally accused and upholding the civil rights of those who have been wronged by the police. "I met Izaak back in 2019 after being arrested and facing numerous felony firearm related charges. He came highly recommended to me by several friends from the Marines as well as other attorneys. I have to say that I don’t think I could have picked a better attorney. Through his professionalism, dedication and hard work as a man, attorney and fellow US Marine I believe I received the best possible outcome.
