"The apartments are great but dealing with the leasing office, maintenance and corporate is horrible. I've called and emailed several times. Not just the leasing office, but corporate and no one gets back to you. My attorney spoke to them and still no response. I do not recommend Fairfield at all, their customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced and my rent is paid on time every month."
