Withheld Critical Information: - Concealed fines until after I signed the plea under duress. - Failed to proactively share court details (date/time/judge), forcing me to extract information piecemeal. 5. Hostile Court Conduct: - Threw an unprofessional outburst when I requested withdrawal. - Falsely blamed me to the judge for "communication issues," sabotaging withdrawal. 6. Irreparable Harm: His coercion, deception, and rights violations forced me into an unjust plea, inflicted financial harm, and destroyed trust. Conclusion: Issa’s actions constitute gross negligence, ethical breaches (candor/competence), and violation of my constitutional rights. I urge extreme caution: He jeopardizes your rights, finances, and freedom."
