"Can’t even get past talking to front desk staff, completely incompetent. Here’s your reply to my reply, I am a real person. I did Call and the front desk. Staff was rude and incompetent. I have over 190 reviews under my bill and I’ve worked with lawyers all across the country. She did not take the time to help me and I couldn’t even get a straight answer from the front desk. I called in the afternoon and will happily post the log and conversation that my phone logs. You should definitely update your website and update what services you actually provide and again higher competent staff"

"They recommended me to an attorney since they do not provide labor law attorney skills. That attorney charged me $500 for 15 minutes on the phone. That was supposed to be an hour. They took $500 from me and said they would read my documents and call me back. They NEVER RESPONDED BACK TO ME AGAIN. Would not answer my phone calls. Or emails. Basic consulting robbery."
