About:
WE PROTECT PROFESSIONALS AND BUSINESS OWNERS FROM UNFAIR DIVORCE. Our Law firm is focused exclusively on divorce, child custody, paternity actions, modifications of child support, spousal support, property division, domestic violence and all other issues that fall under the "umbrella" of Family Law. Our passion is our clients. We recognize that while people are going through situations dealing with the breakdown of a marriage or how best to share their children, it is an incredibly challenging and heartbreaking time. It is also very nerve-wracking to have the future of your children, and/or security (financial or otherwise) be unknown or be in the hands of a Judge. There are many family law lawyers out there that know the law and can apply it, however we believe family law litigants need more. They not only need a skilled legal professional, they also need someone who will listen to them and their concerns and fears and take it to heart. Instead of dismissing the clients' fears because they are irrelevant to the law, we believe a family law attorney should empathize with their client and put 100% of their mind AND heart into the case. We strive everyday to be this kind of law firm. View More ›

"I’m sure if you’re looking for lawyers and you’re here you’re looking for a someone to help you in a hard time. Moore family is nothing like that… and I’ll tell you why:- They have so many paralegals changing you might end up having three or four different people working on your case and none of them check what the other person has done so I imagine you pay $15,000 for them to subpoena your exes bank account only to find out when you go to trial that they don’t have it ready yet so they keep pushing it back about Two years and every time they go to court they’re collecting about $5000 from you just because they don’t have it ready. then when you go to court and you’re ready for trial, they say oh we did not get three out of the seven accounts, which is the ones that have the funds how would you feel then? So you have to settle, so you don’t pay your lawyer more. Then they have the nerve to say let’s push it back more! We will sign a contract for a rate four months in and after they start work, they’re going to send you a letter saying from next months or raising it again, so there is no securities with this firm timeline . And then on top of it when you try to complain to the owner and that you will be contributing $50 every month to her personal fund to “hear about case” no call back. It’s a flashy firm but seeing them in court it’s a lot of papers but no sustains. Tell me are you ready to have to pay them 70,000 and most it is for items they say do it do it but then when judge wants a hearing about it after the custody day it makes it useless.. Please avoid at all cost they will even charge you when you call them because they didn’t follow up but charge you for reading that email."
