"Very rude receptionist. I just called to explain my situation, and before I could finish she abruptly puts me on hold without warning. When she finally got back to me, she said in we can’t help you in a patronizing tone without knowing the full story. People who call are in vulnerable situations, and I was disregarded like yesterday’s trash. If it’s this bad from the start, then I wouldn’t trust or want to do business with the attorneys that hired her."
