"My teenage daughter visited this store shopping for jeans. This was post-Covid but she often liked to wear a mask around her neck. The owner of the store told her to either put the mask over her mouth or take it off. My daughter responded that she liked it where it was. Then the owner said “Well put it over your mouth then. We don’t want your germs”. I think the owner is under some sort of illusion that this is a high end luxury boutique, and that her snobbery is appropriate. I’ve shopped in some of the most exclusive shops on the planet, including Hermes on rue Saint-Honore in Paris, Chanel and Prada on Avenue Montaigne, and Liberty in London…to name a few. The staff in all these stores are sophisticated enough to know that anyone who comes into their shop is worthy and a potential customer, regardless of their size or what they are wearing. And they treat everyone with respect. This small town diva doesn’t seem to know how real luxury retail works. She’s a notoriously rude lady and my family won’t be shopping there ever again."

"I reached out to Moments looking for a discontinued dress that I was hunting for. I had previously bought it from another bridal shop, however that bridal shop had sold it to someone else after my purchase and no longer had it to ship to me. After I reached out to Moments, Tammy and her team found the dress in stock and were quick in getting it shipped out to me. They were so kind and quick to respond as well. I am so grateful to you for your help!! Thank you thank you thank you"

"I have worked in retail, especially ladies wear, over the years. Recently, I have decried the lack of nice places to shop. My friends have told me, glowingly, about Moments for awhile. Both of them are often wearing gorgeous things they have purchased there. Well, I got my turn and I loved every minute! The selection is truly amazing and the service was exceptional. It was such a fun experience, beginning to end. Everything was beautifully wrapped for me and I left with my treasures, delighted! I love linen garments and I came away with three lovely pieces to add to my collection. So, so pleased!"

"Had the most wonderful experience in at moments today!!! I only wanted a belt for my dress to add a little bling, they helped me get mine on got me up on this beautiful stand so I could see all angles of myself and helped me choose the best things for my dress!!! I could have cried it was the nicest experience I could have had doing it completely alone while my mother is out of country and my maid of honor was busy. They told me they are getting out of bridal and honestly that is heartbreaking to hear because it has been such a special nice place for sooooo many years helping so many with their big day to make it special and to make them look most confident! Y'all rock thank you so damn much!"
